27 Dresses

Lakyn and I saw 27 Dresses and we loved it. And speaking of love… wow James Marsden is loveLY. So after the movie I did something a mother should never do, I told Lakyn about my bachelorette party. Not all of it of course, just the part about how all of the girls wore their worst-ever bridesmaid dresses. It was such a fun night and I think the dresses had alot to do with that. It was an idea that my friend Jane had told me about… apparently a friend of hers had done this years ago. I immediately loved the idea and the plan was made. Here are a few pictures of our night of 27 Dresses (years ago). Please pardon the quality of these pictures since I had to scan them. The first picture had to be included just for the purpose of showing the puffy sleeves on Stacie’s dress. The 2nd picture always makes me smile because my sister, Stacie, just couldn’t stop being the Maid of Honor and fixing things on the go even when I was posing with Eve for this picture. The 3rd picture is of the half of the group who got dressed at the station then got our picture taken on the news set by one of the sports guys. I had a few other pictures but they were not appropriate since in every picture you could see the tray of shots my good friend, Angela, kept on hand throughout the evening
