And here's why...
I'm a mother of 2 daughters and 3 Great Danes (although I clearly did not give birth to them... they look nothing like me). I drive my husband nuts with my constant trips to the library and the extremely bright light I use to read in bed. I spent more than a decade in TV News so I'm just jaded enough to be fun at parties.
I'm now a freelance journalist and photographer who keeps waiting patiently by the phone for the producers of "Lost" to call me up for my dream job.... to rub sunscreen on Jack, Sawyer and Sayeed so they don't get burnt on that mysterious island.
I have alot to say and it isn't always nice so be ready for some smarmy, cynicism!

Lainey looks so happy on her swing set! I’m sure all the work and frustration of putting it together was totally worth it to see that smile on her face. :0)
Nice job Jay! Those swingsets are not easy. Well I wouldn’t know – I didn’t do a thing on ours but Chris did. And I remember a lot of the same things happening at our house during the process – bitching, beer, etc.

How funny! You got some good neighbors! Chris and I bought a swing set a couple of weeks ago, started to get it out, saw how many bolts there were – and then took it back! true story. the toys r us people looked at us like we were crazy!
