Okay, most who know me will tell you that I am the ultimate optimist and I always give someone the benefit of the doubt. So why am I having a hard time believing that Terrelle Pryor is going to be the huge asset to the Ohio State Football program that many others say he will be? Is it because the last time we had a football recruit this big, his name was Maurice Clarett and he was (and continues to be) a waste of good oxygen? Pryor’s whole game of going back and forth on the decision where to go to school until the last possible second just reminded me of Clarett-like antics. So please Mr. Pryor, I promise to go back to my optimistic ways if you promise not to be a cocky little bugger like Clarett and believe that the university owes you something besides a free, top-notch education. You have an opportunity that most people will never get, use it wisely. Oh yeah and welcome to Ohio State, GO BUCKS!

It’s taken me a couple of days to get over it but the Ohio State Buckeyes didn’t win the national championship…again. And now the SEC believes we’re a joke (maybe they did before the game, who cares). This first picture was taken in the 4th quarter. Look how glum everyone is, even the dogs have given up faith. But I’m still a fan (and an alum) so next year I’ll be sitting here again with a hopeful heart. In the meantime, here’s a cute pic of Lakyn, Coulton and Lainey (at halftime). Notice Coulton is dressed as Jimmy T (aka Jim Tressel).
